The ACC would like to remind all homeowners that any installation, construction or alteration of any structure on a lot must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval. This may include house painting, landscaping, deck building or adding a fence. 

The ACC is working extremely hard to maintain the quality, high standards, and real estate values of our homes in Lost Forrest.  

All written request should either be provided in person to the current ACC chairperson or mailed to Lost Forrest HOA, P.O. Box 862086, Marietta, GA 30062, Attn: ACC Chair. 

All request should contain specifications of the proposed changes.

The ACC will respond to your request as soon as possible.
